My Cloud Forms
My Cloud Forms is a web based service that allows you to securely send forms to people anywhere in the world using Email and Text Messaging.
How it Works
With My Cloud Forms, sending a form is super easy. Simply sign in to your portal, select a form, provide some basic recipient information and click Send. Your form will then be sent to the recipient using a secure link via Email or Text Messaging . Once received, the recipient can open the link and fill in your form on any device* that they choose.
If requested, the recipients can add their signature to the form by simply using a mouse, their finger or a stylus.
When the form is completed the recpient submits the form and we take care of the rest. The completed form is securely stored in the cloud and a signed PDF containing the recpients responses are emailed back to you.
Using your Account Portal, you can easily track form status and download the completed form whenever needed.
My Cloud Forms is very secure. Our data is hosted on Microsoft Azure® and we employ industry standard Authentication and Authorization to secure the My Cloud Forms service. In addition, all recipient data is protected using the highest level of encryption available.
Lastly, all PDF documents are signed using a secure certificate to ensure that that the original document has not been tampered with.
