Cancellations

You can cancel your monthly subscription/service with mycloudforms.com at any time. If you choose to cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable.

To cancel, Sign In to your account and navigate to My Plans -> Plan Manager and deselect Auto Renew

After the cancellation date (last day in your current billing cycle) you will have access to your account for 30 days in order to access and download any historical form submissions. You will not have the ability to send additional forms. Any web form documents that have been previously downloaded and saved locally will continue to be accessible from whatever media the User has chosen.

To cancel your account, please Sign In to your account and Navigate to Account -> Cancel Account on the main menu.

Refunds

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may continue to use the service up to the end of your current billing cycle. You will have access to historical form submissions for 30 days after the last day of your current billing cycle

Failed transactions

mycloudforms.com reserves the right to cancel your account immediately and without notice in the case of a failed payment. Please ensure that your payment details are kept up to date. You may Log into your account to update your personal account information at any time.
